5th of 1988 in Delhi. Prem and Saroj Kohli are the parents of Virat Kohli. Kohli has an elder brother Vikash and an elder sister Bhavna. Kohli attended School at Vishal Bharti and Savier Convent. Virat Kohli's father, Prem worked as a lawyer and prem died in December 2006.
Kohli captained Indian team at 2008 under 19 Cricket World Cup held in Malaysia. Virat Kohli is a good attacking player. Kohli got his initial Cricket training in West Delhi Cricket Academy since 1998. Now Virat Kohli is the captain of the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise in the India Premier League. Kohli is also a representative of first-class Cricket (Delhi).
Virat Kohli holds the record for the fastest century by an Indian batsman. Virat Kohli has the record for the most centuries in chases ( 11 centuries ). Kohli entered in One Day International cricket team in 2008. Virat Kohli was a part of the Indian Cricket team, when India won the 2nd World Cup in 2011. Kohli first Test was against West Indies in 20 June 2011 in Kingston.
